Planning for Integration involves a wide range of people – people using the health, education and social care services, as well as their carers and families; employees of both NHS Highland and The Highland Council; professional organisations; trades unions; as well as everyone involved in delivering the services now and in the future. To help everyone have a shared understanding of the terms being used to describe the various aspects of the service, a glossary of terms – or jargon-buster – has been developed. The jargon buster will aim to provide definitions of key terms being used in relation to Planning for Integration. |
