    Evidencing Deprivation and Community Profiling

The Intelligence and Monitoring Group of the Wellbeing Alliance together with Scottish Executive recently (21st February 2024) held a very successful seminar in the Highland Council Chamber to explore issues of rural deprivation and to hear about the 2024 updates to the Scottish Index of Multiple Deprivation and developments made to the Scottish Neighbourhood Statistics website.

Participants came from Argyll and Bute, Shetland, Western Isles, Moray and Highland and from all sectors and presenters offered a mix of local and national perspectives and copies of presentations are available from these links.
