The first phase of a major review of Community Council arrangements in Highland, focusing on boundaries, is under way. The deadline for responses is 23 December


Digital TV Switchover

The digital TV switchover is the process of turning off the UK's analogue TV signal and replacing it with a digital signal.

There are 8 transmitter groups in the STV North TV region that will switch from analogue to digital TV at different times, but mainly in 2010. When you switch depends on which transmitter group you are watching. Please use this postcode checker to find out more.


Hate Free Highland

Multi agency partners have launched the ‘Hate Free Highland’ website which aims to generate awareness of prejudice and discrimination and encourage more people to report these hate incidents via the online reporting system. www.hatefreehighland.org
