Fire - Dunvegan

At 1030am response units from Northern Constabulary and H.I.F.R.S. attended a report of a kitchen fire at the Athol Filling Station, Dunvegan, Isle of Skye.

The fire was quickly brought under control by H.I.F.R.S. crew.

There were no casualties, however, the road (A863) was closed as a precaution for public safety. It has now been reopened.
