Update - Stena Carron incident - Lerwick, Shetland

Police and partner agencies continue to monitor the situation aboard the Stena Carron vessel in Lerwick, Shetland.
Northern Constabulary and representatives from the vessel's owners Stena are continuing discussions with Greenpeace in an attempt to resolve the incident as quickly and safely as possible.
There are currently no plans being made to extricate the protestors from the anchor. The main priority for Police is to ensure the safety of the protestors, those aboard the vessel, Police officers and personnel from other agencies.
