Update - Death - Dingwall

Following the death of a man on the mud flats on Ferry Road in Dingwall on Friday, Police can report that all next of kin are aware and he can now be named as:
Thomas Wayne Robson (32) of Simpson Place in Dingwall, but originally from Manchester.
Following investigation, there do appear to be any suspicious circumstances.
A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
