    Road Traffic Collision - Lochaber

    Issued: 20 Jul 2025

Emergency services have been in attendance at a one vehicle road traffic collision this afternoon in the Lochaber area.

The collision happened shortly after 12:00 hours today on A86 trunk road, near to Tulloch Station in Lochaber and involved a road tanker.

The driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, escaped uninjured.

Due to the substances contained within the tank, Northern Constabulary, HIFRS and SEPA are in attendance to safely secure and remove the vehicle.

The road is currently closed to traffic travelling in both directions and members of the public are asked to plan an alternative route if travelling in the area.
