Road Collision - A9 Near Evanton

At around 0710 on Thursday 1 March 2024 a one vehicle road collision happened on the A9 Inverness to Thurso road approximately half a mile south of the turn off to Highland Deephaven, Evanton.
As a result of the collision a Fiat Punto left the road and travelled down an embankment coming to rest on its roof.
Police, Fire and Ambulance attended and the male driver was removed from the vehicle and taken to A&E at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness for treatment.
His condition is not described as life threatening.
