    Fire - Nairn Harbour

    Police and Fire are currently carrying out a joint investigation into an incident whereby boats at Nairn Harbour sustained fire damage overnight.

    Emergency Services were notified of a fire at the harbour in Nairn shortly after 02:15 hours this morning (29 July 2025).

    Highlands and Islands Fire and Rescue Service attended and fully extinguished the fire which caused damage to four boats. No one was injured as a result of the incident.

    A 17 year-old female has been detained in connection with this incident and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
