The Community Care Plan has been developed by Highland communities for Highland communities. The plan provides the blueprint for how community care services will be provided in Highland and the new integrated model of care will reflect this, as it strives to deliver services more effectively and efficiently.
A series of events over the coming weeks and months aim to capture the views of everyone in Highland who is a provider or recipient of adult care services or who has any other interest in how adult care services are delivered. These events are open to service users, carers and families and service providers, both current and potential. Where dates are known, details are provided below. Others will be added in due course.
