Northern Constabulary can now confirm the identity of the person who received the fatal injury in this collision as:
Paul Graham Oliver, 17 years, Ashfield, Loans of Tullich, Fearn.
The details of the other passengers are not being released at this time.
A report on the incident will be forwarded to the Procurator Fiscal.
