Police have brought an incident at a house in Conon Bridge to a peaceful conclusion.
At around 12.45pm today Police negotiators were called to attend an incident whereby a man had contained himself within a bedroom and was threatening self harm.
Officers resolved the matter peacefully with no injury to Police or to the man himself.
A 33-year-old man will now be the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with the incident.
