Police are continuing with their inquiries into the death of a 55 year old man in Caol earlier today.
Police are appealing for witnesses to a disturbance that took place in Glendessary Street, Caol about 1am this morning.
In addiiton, an appeal is also made for information regarding an incident at the Spar Shop in Claggan about 10.15pm last night (19 March) in which two men were believed to be involved.
Police would aso like to advise householders in the area that a series of house to house visits will take place this evening in the Glendessary Road and surrounding area and anyone with information is urged to speak to the police during these visits or by contacting Fort William Police Office on 01397 702361.
