Police are currently investigating the sudden death of a 27-year-old man in the Wick area.
The body was discovered at an address in the Henrietta Street area of Wick at around 9am this morning.
Police can confirm that the cause of death is unexplained at this stage and a post mortem will be carried out in due course.
The cause of death will not be known until the completion of the post mortem.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
