Police issue poster appeal via Facebook page in attempt to find missing Glasgow man Stewart Sutherland

Issued: 6 Oct 2024

Northern Constabulary today rolled out a poster campaign via its social networking presence on Facebook in a fresh attempt to trace Glasgow missing person Stewart Sutherland (59).

Police are growing increasingly concerned for Mr Sutherland's safety and wellbeing. He has not been seen since Monday 20 September at the Great Glen Water Park, Glengarry.

It is thought he may have been walking and camping in the Kintail and Glen Affric areas. His car was found in the Kintail area last week and a massive land and air search took place in the those areas. However, he is yet to be found.

He is described as being 6ft 3in, medium build and has light brown greying hair.

Anyone who sees this man is urged contact their local Police station or call Force HQ on 0845 6005703.

Alternatively you can pass on any sightings of Stewart by visiting our Facebook page. The poster appeal page can be found by visiting http://on.fb.me/chIgYV
