Police Appeal For Information - Theft Outskirts Inverness

NORTHERN Constabulary is investigating the theft of various items from a parked trailer on the A82 south of Inverness. The property was taken between 2000 Sunday 11 March 2007 and 1000 Tuesday 13 March 2007 while the vehicle was parked in a layby on the A82 south of Lochend.

The trailer sides and rear door missing from the 11 tonne silage vehicle are thought to be of value of £2000. Due to the items in question, it is expected that there were at least two people involved.

Police are urging anyone who was in the area and may have information to contact Northern Constabulary on 01463 715555 or call Crimestoppers anonymously 0800 555 111.
