Police are seeking owner of recovered artwork

NORTHERN Constabulary are currently carrying out enquiries in relation to an item of recovered artwork. This relates to a watercolour and pencil sketch of a white Arab horses head with a brown halter and rein. The picture measures 45cm x 36cm, it does not have a frame. The picture is covered with glass which is taped to a card surround. There is information inscribed on the sketch from the artist which should be known to any owner, The sketch has the date 1857 thereon.
