POLICE can now confirm the details of a woman who was found dead within her vehicle at the foot of the cliffs at Yesnaby, Sandwick, Orkney earlier today.
Patricia Esslemont, 54, housewife, Reid Crescent, Kirkwall.
The body has now been recovered and there were no other people within the vehicle.
A post mortem will be carried out in due course and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A family liaison officer has been appointed to assist the family.
