Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault which occurred around 04.00am on Sunday the 22nd of June 2008 at the Taxi Rank near the Town House in Inverness City Centre. A young man was seriously injured as a result of the assault. The suspect is described as a man in his early 20's about 5'10" tall and of slim build.
