Orkney man charged

FOLLOWING extensive police enquiries, a 76 year-old man, resident of Orkney, appeared in Kirkwall Sheriff Court today, charged in connection with section 5 (3) of the Criminal Law (consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995.
