Police were called to an address in Invergordon today at around 5pm by Scottish Ambulance Service following reports of a death.
The body of a woman in her twenties was found within the house and enquiries into the circumstances surrounding her death are ongoing.
Enquiries are at a very early stage. A post mortem will take place in due course and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
