Temporary Road Closures in the City

During the Beating of the Retreat by the Bands of the 51st Highland Scots on Saturday 28 June, several city roads will be temporarily closed from between 7pm and 8.15pm.

The roads affected are:

• Bridge Street closed at its junction with Castle Road to its conjunction with the High Street
• High Street closed at its con-junction with Bridge Street to its junction with Castle Street.
• Castle Street closed at its con-junction with the High Street to its junction with View Place.
• Castle Wynd closed at its junction with Bridge Street.

Alternative routes for vehicles will be available and will be sign-posted. These temporary closures affect vehicles only. Pedestrian access is maintained at all times.
