If you don't know the answers, just ask the pupils taking part in this year's Euroquiz for primary 6 pupils.
On Monday (10 March) Dornoch Primary School, Avoch Primary School, North Kessock Primary School, Grantown Primary School, Cradlehall Primary School, Holm Primary School and Farr Primary School will all be taking part in the Highland heat, which will take place from 10am to 12 noon at Millburn Academy in Inverness.
From these 7 participating schools, teams of 4 P6 pupils will compete for the Standard Life trophy. Questions will cover history, geography, sport, culture, EU and general knowledge. S6 pupils at Millburn Academy will be on hand to help run the event and to offer encouragement to all the teams taking part.
The winning team will go on to represent the Highlands at the national final which will be held in the debating chamber at the Scottish Parliament in May 2008.
The Highland Council is one of 26 local authorities competing in the Euroquiz which is organised by the Scottish European Educational Trust and sponsored by Standard Life.
Chairman of The Highland Council's Education, Culture and Sport Committee, Councillor Bill Fernie said: "This is a great chance for the young pupils to put their skills to the test under the conditions of a competitive quiz. I am sure they will be a lot of last minute swotting and memorising of facts this weekend but I would like to wish all the teams well and I look forward to finding out which of them will be representing the Highlands in the finals held in Edinburgh."
